Paul Miller is a partner at Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP in Toronto whose practice includes mass tort and class action litigation, product liability, defective medical devices and implants, airplane accident litigation and serious personal injury claims. Samantha Shatz is a partner in the medical malpractice group at Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP in Toronto. She represents individuals and families affected by alleged medical and hospital negligence. A significant part of her practice involves birth injury and obstetrical malpractice claims, including matters involving children with serious injuries and cerebral palsy. Samantha's practice also includes surgical injuries, motor vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries. She has litigation experience as trial counsel and works with families facing significant medical, rehabilitation and long-term care considerations following serious injuries.
